A:H-KATPase功能受损----氢离子无法排出----acidosis;
Q:Whyhypokalemia?
A:远端小管重吸收钠离子,此时分泌钾离子和氢离子为竞争关系:为了代偿酸中毒,Na-H交换增加,Na-K交换减少,钾离子流失;(代酸使近曲小管钠离子重吸收减少,下游钠离子浓度增加,醛固酮升高,保钠排钾)
